Acceptable Use Policy

Campsis Studio helps you produce documentary-style videos with AI services you connect yourself. This policy explains what you may not create or do with it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use Campsis Studio to create, publish or distribute content that:

• is sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any sexual or harmful context;
• depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person in a deceptive way (deepfakes), or puts words in a real person’s mouth as if they had said them;
• presents invented events, quotes or documents as real, or spreads disinformation about elections, public health, emergencies or other real events;
• promotes hatred, harassment, violence, terrorism or self-harm, or targets people for their identity;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploading others’ footage, music or artwork you are not allowed to use;
• is illegal where you live or where you publish it.

2. Prohibited use

• Mass-producing repetitive or low-effort videos designed to game platform algorithms, or any use that breaks YouTube’s policies on spam, misleading metadata and inauthentic content.
• Bypassing the content filters or usage policies of the AI services you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Lumean, FastGen and others).
• Sharing, reselling or reverse-engineering your account or the Software, or bypassing its license checks.
• Using the Software in or from countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or on behalf of sanctioned persons.

3. Your responsibilities

• Review every script before publishing. The built-in fact-check reduces errors but does not replace your judgment.
• Label AI-generated or synthetic content where platforms or the law require it, including YouTube’s “Altered or synthetic content” setting.
• Follow the terms and usage policies of each AI service you connect; their own moderation applies to every request.

4. Enforcement

If we learn that Campsis Studio is used in breach of this policy, we may warn you, suspend or terminate your account, without a refund where the law allows. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting

To report a video made with Campsis Studio that breaks this policy, write to [email protected] with a link and a short description.
